Items are shipped from our Warehouse in Taipei (Taiwan), in the heart of Asia. Front Door Freight is utilized for international shipments with either FedEx or DHL. Shipping to Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and China are available so far. Please contact us for any queries regarding other destinations.

International deliveries and the delicacy of antique items require the upmost care during shipment. This is why all items are carefully packed, crated and palletized with fumigated wood to ensure their protection. The above price of item do not include this cost, a quote will be provided unpon purchase request.

本店所販售之部分吊燈、燈具因尺寸與重量較大，安裝時請務必由合格水電或專業人員施工，並固定於 RC 樓板或主結構，不可僅固定於天花板裝潢層。

台灣屬於地震頻繁地區，為提升使用安全性，建議另加裝獨立安全鋼索作為防護。

燈具之實際安裝方式、結構條件與使用環境，將依各現場狀況而有所不同，請由專業人員依現況評估後進行施工。
